- Our certifications are ANAB-accredited and recognized by health departments across the US. That said, acceptance is ultimately determined by your state and local health authority — we recommend confirming any specific requirements with your local health department before booking.
- Yes. The Food Protection Manager certification we proctor is ANSI-CFP / ANAB accredited — the same accreditation ServSafe® holds. Legally, the two are equivalent Manager credentials. ServSafe® is a registered trademark of the National Restaurant Association; we are not affiliated with them.
- A laptop or desktop with a working webcam and microphone, a stable internet connection, a quiet private room, and a government-issued photo ID. A phone-only setup is not sufficient — a tablet or laptop is required.
- One free exam retake is included — two attempts for the price of one. There is nothing to schedule; you simply take the second attempt when you feel ready.
